Chair – Kimberly Crow
Kimberly is retired from a long career with Alief Independent School District. She stays active at AISD by substitute teaching.

Vice Chair – Lisa Iparrea
Lisa is Director of Client Services for West Houston Assistance Ministries. She has previously been associated with WHAM as a member of the Board of Directors and as a volunteer.

Treasurer – Louis Jullien
A resident of Westchase District, Louis works full time for Westchase District as Parks Programming Director.

Secretary – Keitha Gallien
Keitha is a marketing consultant, who works part-time as a Guest Service Attendant at Woodchase Park. Keitha grew up in the Alief area and returned to live in Westchase District in 2016.

Maria Carbajal
Maria is a leasing specialist with Veritas Equity Management, which owns the Westchase Creek Apartments in Westchase District. She is also a cycle instructor at LA Fitness and a professional makeup artist.

John Dombrowski
John is retired from a career as a Petroleum Geologist. He worked 23 years for Texaco before becoming an independent consultant. Later he owned his own exploration company. John and his wife Julia live in Lakeside Forest. You’ll find him every Thursday shopping for farm fresh food and local products at the Westchase District Farmers Market.

Craig Eichhorn
A longtime resident of Westchase District, Craig is Director of Communications for the Katy Independent School District.

Ricky Gonzalez
Ricky is a senior project manager with Lockwood, Andrews and Newnam, Inc., an engineering firm located in Westchase District.

Dozie Oheri
Dozie is Founder/CEO of Choose to DO, a nonprofit organization that provides mental health resources to predominantly black teens 13 – 19 years old, in low income communities.
